How many layers are needed to keep the water cool?
The more, the better; but a tank with at least two dedicated cooling layers (like our Ultra 6-Layer) is the most recommended to shield your water from extreme summer heat.
Why should I choose a "Roto-Moulded" tank over others?
Roto-moulding means the tank is made as one solid piece with no joints. This makes the tank much stronger, prevents leaks and ensures the walls are thick and durable throughout.
Are PTMT taps strong enough for daily rough use?
Yes. PTMT is a high-strength engineering plastic. It is much tougher than regular plastic taps and can withstand high water pressure and frequent turning without leaking or breaking.
Do these taps get white salt marks from hard water? A: No.
Unlike metal taps, salt doesn't stick to PTMT. Even if you see a light mark, you can just wipe it off with a damp cloth and it will look brand new again.
Is a Quartz sink better than a Steel sink?
Yes, because it is scratch-proof and silent. Unlike steel sinks that make a loud "clanging" noise when washing dishes, Quartz absorbs the sound and stays scratch-free even with heavy pots and pans.
Will the color of my Quartz sink fade over time?
No. The colour is mixed throughout the material, not just painted on top. Our sinks are UV-stable, so the colour stays rich and vibrant even if your kitchen gets a lot of sunlight.
